By using Kael AI, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service. Simple.

The service

Kael AI is a governed personal AI agent. It provides AI-generated outputs with confidence scoring, fabrication detection, and governance transparency. Kael AI is a tool to assist your decision-making, not a replacement for professional judgment.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for how you use Kael AI's outputs. While our governance pipeline reduces fabrication and flags uncertainty, no AI system is perfect. Verify critical decisions independently.

Your content

You own your inputs and outputs. We do not claim any rights to content you create with Kael AI. We use your data only to provide and improve the service, as described in our privacy policy.

Acceptable use

Don't use Kael AI to generate harmful, illegal, or deceptive content. Don't attempt to circumvent governance controls. Don't reverse-engineer the governance pipeline.

Availability

Kael AI is pre-launch. We aim for high availability but make no uptime guarantees during the early access period. We'll notify you of planned maintenance.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
